You can delete your MediaShark data yourself at any time, or ask us to do it.

Delete your account

Web: Settings, Profile, Delete account. Mobile: Settings, Profile, Delete account.

This deletes your workspaces, posts, media, connected-account tokens and AI keys straight away. Remaining backup copies are removed within 30 days.

Disconnect one platform

Social Accounts, then Disconnect on the account. Its stored tokens are deleted immediately. You can also remove MediaShark from the platform's own settings (for Facebook: Settings, Apps and Websites).

Ask us

Email privacy@mediashark.app from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data". We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
