These terms cover your use of MediaShark, operated by TCM Group. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You must give accurate details, keep your sign-in secure, and be authorised to act for any business or social account you connect. You are responsible for activity in your workspaces.

Free trial and plans

The free trial lasts 7 days and uses your own AI key or posts you paste in; it does not include MediaShark AI credits. After the trial your workspace stays readable, and creating or publishing needs a paid plan.

Paid plans renew each billing period until cancelled. Plan credits reset each period; top-up credits do not expire. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, whose terms also apply to your purchase.

You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Your content

You own the content you create, upload or publish. You give us permission to store, process and publish it only to provide the service to you.

AI-generated drafts can be wrong. Review what you publish; you are responsible for it.

Acceptable use

Do not use MediaShark to post spam, deceive people, infringe others' rights, harass anyone, break any law, or break the rules of the platforms you publish to. Do not try to get around rate limits, credit limits or security, or access other workspaces.

We may suspend workspaces that break these rules or put the service or platforms at risk.

Third-party platforms

Publishing depends on the platforms' own services and rules, which can change or limit what MediaShark can do. We are not responsible for a platform's decisions, outages or changes.

Availability and liability

We work to keep MediaShark available and accurate but provide it as is, without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may close accounts that break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, liability) continue after closure.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will notify you before it takes effect; continuing to use MediaShark means you accept it.
